Delete Your Business AI Manager Account

The quickest way: open Business AI Manager and go to More › Settings & security › Delete my account, then confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed, email ali.abdalla@softwareequality.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my Business AI Manager account". We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

• Your login, name, email address and preferences
• Any workspace where you are the only member, including its customers, notes, products, invoices, files, AI conversations, usage records and audit history
• Your personal AI conversations in workspaces you share with others

• Business records you created in a shared workspace, which belong to that business and remain available to its other members
• Encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 30 days
• Limited records we must keep by law, such as purchase and tax records

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store app under Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
