1. Who We Are

Conquest AI (Google Play listing "AI Game – Online Strategy", package com.androidmate.mygame_ai) is provided by Equality Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Co. No. 15006381), Winchester House, 259-269 Old Marylebone Road, 2nd Floor, London NW1 5RA. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the game. Contact: ali.abdalla@softwareequality.com.

Conquest AI is a flip-and-conquer strategy board game played against a computer opponent. The game logic and the AI run entirely on your device. The game does not require an account.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or files, and we do not run our own servers for the game.

  • Game progress (on device only): levels completed, stars, XP, streaks, trophies, hints and your sound and vibration settings, plus the start date of your 90-day free period. These stay in the app's storage on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
  • Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, approximate location (from your IP address), device information and ad-interaction data to show and measure ads, subject to your consent choices.
  • Purchases: Google Play handles payment for Conquest Premium. We receive only the purchase status and a purchase token from Google to unlock Premium; we never see your card details.
  • Diagnostics: Google Play may provide us with anonymous crash and performance reports so we can fix problems.

3. Permissions

  • Internet / network state: to show ads and check your Premium subscription with Google Play.
  • Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob as described below.

The game does not ask for location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage permissions.

4. How We Use Data

  • To run the game and keep your progress on your device
  • To provide and manage Conquest Premium through Google Play
  • To show ads that keep the game free, and to measure them
  • To fix crashes and errors
  • To comply with legal obligations

Lawful bases under UK GDPR: contract (providing the game and your subscription), legitimate interests (fixing errors), consent (personalised advertising) and legal obligation.

5. Advertising

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner on menus and under the board; a clearly labelled "Sponsored" native ad card on the home and trophies screens; a full-screen ad at some natural breaks between games; a full-screen ad when you return to the game after a while (at most every few hours); optional rewarded videos you choose to watch for extra hints, undos or double XP; and an occasional bonus chest after a win, which is announced first and can be skipped with "No thanks". In the UK and EEA we ask for your consent through Google's consent tool before ads are requested. You can change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy choices" on the game's home screen, and reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device's Google settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

6. Conquest Premium

The game is free for 90 days from installation with unlimited play and ads. After that you can keep playing 3 games a day for free, or subscribe to Conquest Premium (£4.99 a month, billed by Google Play, renews automatically until you cancel) for unlimited games, all worlds, unlimited hints and far fewer ads. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

7. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only by Google (Google Play distribution and billing, crash reports, AdMob advertising and consent). We may also disclose data where required by law.

8. Retention and Deletion

Game progress stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. We keep no account or profile about you. Advertising and purchase data are retained by Google under its own policies. To ask about any data, email ali.abdalla@softwareequality.com.

9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email ali.abdalla@softwareequality.com; we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.

10. International Transfers

Google may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Children

Conquest AI is a general-audience strategy game intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the game changes and will show the new 'last updated' date above. Our general website policy is at softwareequality.com/privacy.
